At West London Therapy Rooms in Fulham SW6, the privacy, peace, and calm of our space are our top priorities. Therefore, we require references from all applicants and adherence to a strict code of ethics to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all.
There are 4 rooms available for rent:
4 rooms suitable for individual therapy
2 rooms suitable for couple therapy
1 room suitable for group supervision
If you are committed to providing Counselling or Psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and calm environment, WLT is just the right space for you. There is a maximum number of therapists working from the rooms at any one time, therefore giving you an opportunity to grow your practice and benefit from the strong links forged with other therapists.
Prices in Fulham
Individual & Couples Minimum of 6 Hours
£16 per hour for up to 6 hours minimum per week.
£15 per hour for 7 - 15 hours per week
Workshops
Saturday evening Sunday Rates for whole Practice
Full & Half Day rates for Whole practice.
7 am - 7 pm £150 (Sunday)
Adhoc hours £25 miniumum 4
Group Supervision Room x 2 (£25 per hour)
Payment
Monthly in advance, with extra ad-hoc hours added to the following month's invoice.
Payment is payable by monthly Standing Order, Transfer or cash on the DAY the invoice is due.
Late fees
An interest of 20% will be charged per day late.
Keys & Security
There is a £100 security & key deposit, returnable when the contract is terminated. If the keys and fobs are lost the practitioner is responsible for replacing them.
Deposit 10 weeks' rent, which is refundable at the end of the agreement.
Requirements & Ethos
Qualifications & Insurance
Rooms are only available to fully qualified, insured practitioners.
Practitioners must demonstrate the following:
- Public Liability insurance certificate
- Registration with their professional body covering their particular therapy
- Presentation of certificates and qualifications
- Supervisor's letter of reference
Practice code of ethics
The ethos of West London Therapy is to create a calm and mutually respectful environment. In order to facilitate this, therapists are expected to adhere to the following code:-
- Mutual respect between practitioners
- Noise disturbance is to be kept to a minimum.
- 50-minute sessions.
- Finish promptly especially in the evenings when the rooms are busy!
- Absolutely NO drinks or food allowed by you or your clients
- Leave the room tidy and as found.
- Ensure that your clients arrive as near to the session start time as possible
- Be ready to answer the buzzer when expecting clients to keep the noise down to a minimum.
- Your clients are your responsibility!
- Invoices must be paid 1 month in advance
- Notify of room changes a week before the end of the month.
