I am Psychodynamic psychotherapist, with a primary robust and challenging training of over 5 years.  I have been practicing for over 11 years now and in that time I have broadened and enriched my approach, through CPD spanning across many different types of therapy and creative ways of working with all different types of clients. I am an LGBT affirmative psychotherapist with extensive experience of working with issues of sexuality, gender and identity.

How does it work?

We help people to understand their feelings and needs. Together with you we develop the steps and daily tools necessary to initiate positive changes in your life. This is how we do it:

  • Learn tools and techniques for changing old patterns of behavior and implementing decisions and choices
